Location: Situated in the chic and serene northern part of the resort Sunny Beach, the 4- star Kiparisite Hotel is the place for people with refined taste. Situated between the sea and the hilly Balkan Mountain range, the hotel is only some 100 meters from the pedestrian area of the resort and the central area is 3 km. away.
Accommodation: The six storey building provides 76 double rooms and 6 apartments. There are a total of 177 beds and additional 158 beds which can be supplied upon request. The hotel even has a room which is especially for handicapped people. All of the units include: air- conditioning, satellite TV, mini fridge, telephone, WC/shower and balconies.

Food and Drinks Facilities: The restaurant at the hotel is spacious and with a stylish interior which provided the ideal setting for breakfast, dinner or lunch. The other dining hall has an a la carte menu with traditional international and domestic specialties and a long list of beverages. The bar has great cocktails, wines, spirits, juices and hot beverages.
Getting there: Because the Kiparisite hotel is right by the main street which connects the Sunny Beach resort to St. Vlas, reaching it by car is quite easy to do. The resort buses connecting the two places mentioned above also run on the same street and provide a low cost option for reaching the resort centre and the nearby towns of St. Vlas and Nessebar.
Nights out: A 15 minute walk will take you to the Sunny Beach centre where the night life is bustling at full speed. The truth is, however, that the whole resort is full of restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs and taverns so you could find your favourite place right by the hotel.
Spa and leisure: If you’re not too interested in the beach, you can just lay around the swimming pool and take advantage of the breezy summer days on one of the sun beds. There is even a children’s section so your little ones can play round while you sunbathe. For the ultimate in relaxation in Sunny Beach, there is a sauna and if you’re in a playful mood, you can stop by the game room and enjoy a game or two. The small fitness room will be sufficient for those who’d like to stay in shape during their holiday in Sunny Beach.
