Owners of hotels in Sunny Beach come to protest and threaten to close the main road Burgas - Varna. The reason for discontent is that apart from local taxes, they pay additional fees for maintenance of infrastructure in the complex.

Currently, owners of hotels pay mandatory taxes in the municipality of Nessebar. However, they are forced to pay fees and infrastructure. The reason is that streets, lanes and open spaces are owned and maintained by the Sunny Beach AD.

The company CEO said they were willing to give the infrastructure of the municipality to rent or sell it.
By the time of sale the owners must pay an infrastructure charge to be maintained. If you do not pay, will not have a contract with the police, there will be no lighting, and green areas will be maintained.

Although the company is ready to sell the streets and lanes, Nessebar municipality is unable to purchase the infrastructure. So hotel owners insist that it be given free of charge. Hotel rely on dialogue. They think that the state has all the legal powers issue to be resolved until the beginning of tourist season.
